Access to and use of this Site are subject to the following terms and conditions and all applicable laws. This Site was developed in accordance with, and shall be governed by, the laws of Minnesota in the United States of America.
If you are not at least 18 years old you may not use the Site without adult supervision. You warrant that you are at least 18 years old or have obtained parental permission to use this Site.
By entering this Site, you accept and are bound by these Terms and Conditions without limitation, qualification or change. You represent that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions at all times while using ScottRadio.com. You may not use this Site in any way that involves a failure to abide by any Term or Condition. Guarantee
Client assumes responsibility for final proofing. When you approve and purchase your commercial, you agree that all words on display and/or spoken are correct. If client purchased media only and an error is discovered, a re-editing and delivery fee will be charged. If client has purchased both media and media placement, there is no additional charge to revise and deliver to the station(s). Beach Glass Properties LLC cannot guarantee the responses, telephone calls, visits to your website, votes or any quantifiable performance by airing your commercial(s) on television, radio or with any form of Internet distribution. We do not refund based on under performance of your commercial. If we complete the media placement on your behalf, we guarantee to provide proof your commercial aired. If client desires to stop the purchased media campaign before it airs or once the commercial(s) have started airing, the refund policies of the media outlet(s) purchased on client's behalf become Beach Glass Properties LLC 's default policies. The standard policy of most media outlets is a "two week" cancellation notice. If our request for cancellation on your behalf is accepted, the media outlet will send the balance of unused funds to Beach Glass Properties LLC within ninety (90) and one-hundred twenty (120) days from stop date. Once received, a ten day clearing period will be applied before a refund is issued to you (client). If you paid with a credit card, we will credit the same credit card once the funds from the media outlet clear. If you paid by bank wire or check, a check will be issued once funds from the media outlet have cleared. If you paid by PayPal, a refund will be returned to the same PayPal address once funds have cleared. In the event issues beyond the scope and control of Beach Glass Properties LLC are determined to be the cause of the refund request, replacement voice or script services will be the only recourse. All refund requests must be made in written form (email or traditional mail) and must be within 90 (ninety) days from the date the product was delivered.
Use of Intellectual Property
This Site and all of its contents, including but not limited to articles, other text, photographs, images, illustrations, graphics, product names, designs, logos, video material, audio material and software (collectively, the "Intellectual Property") are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws of the United States, as well as international conventions and the laws of other countries. The Intellectual Property is owned or controlled by Beach Glass Properties LLC or the party credited as the provider of the intellectual property.
You may browse through the site and download copies of materials appearing on the Site that are of personal interest to you for personal, non-commercial use. You must keep intact all copyright, trademark and other notices contained in any personal copies. Free Demo Commercial Request Agreement and Limitations
A free custom demo commercial is a courtesy of Beach Glass Properties LLC companies. We maintain the right to refuse to create a free custom demo with no explanation. Not all requests are a match to our production department's skill set. We also maintain the right to temporarily suspend the free demo offer when our production cue is full.
The client requesting a free custom television, online video or radio demo is responsible to confirm ownership of all contents, including but not limited to articles, other text, photographs, images, illustrations, graphics, logos, video material, audio material and software (collectively, the "Intellectual Property") that utilized in the creation of the commercial(s). All copyright, trademark and other laws of the United States, as well as international conventions and the laws of other countries are the sole responsibility of the client. The client agrees that Beach Glass Properties LLC shall have the right to display anywhere on the website ScottRadio.com the finished version of the free custom demo with the watermark tone.
Client requesting a free custom demo agrees that at anytime a photograph (screen shot) of our work, a section of our video/audio work or the entire finished product is used in a public meeting, used in print media, posted to the business website, broadcast or distributed on the Internet in any way, full payment is due immediately to Beach Glass Properties LLC Displaying our work with the watermark "ScottRadio.com" without written permission of Beach Glass Properties LLC is a violation of copyright laws and will be vigorously enforced.
Free demo request fulfillment requires an active website. A request with "no business website" or a "business website under construction" with an active link must pre-pay. Because the Internet provides access to real businesses and persons seeking to entertain themselves at the expense of our production team's valuable time, there will never be an exception to this policy.
General Limitation of Liability; Disclaimer of Warranties
