Guarantee

Scott Perreault Radio's's refund policy is 100 percent if the account is paid in full at time of purchase or in good credit (with approval). In the event issues beyond the scope and control of Scott Perreault Radio are determined to be the cause of the refund request, replacement voice or script services will be the only recourse. All refund requests must be made in written form (email or traditional mail) and must be within 90 (ninety) days from the date the product was delivered. Any accounts with balances over thirty days forfeit this guarantee.
